Mount mechnics can consist several parts or stages. In counting should be used all values decided about total gear. Total mechanical gear M is count as product of every separated gears g1, g2 g3 with formule M=g1*g2*g3. To get non zero result all values should be non zero but all values can be as 1 what has not impact on total product. For example popular EQ3/5 mounts has main gear 144:1 and stepper motor has inner gear 120:1 so in mechanical pools should be inserted values: 144 as gear 1, 120 as gear 2 and 1 as gear 3 (value 1 not impact on product). Total mechanical gear in this example is M=144*120*1=17280. Value 17280 can be as well presented as product 17280=86*2*100 so if values 86 as gear 1, 2 as gear 2 and 100 as gear 3 will be used, the total gear M will be the same. Total mount gear G depends on: mechanical gear M, Engine step S (360/step), Steering type T (full, half or microstepping), and can be counted as product of this three values: G = M * S * T |
